I’ve been to so many places for facials, and honestly, no one has ever been as thorough as they are here. I have a lot of tiny closed whiteheads all over my face that are super hard to get out, and Emma literally took her time and clean them out one by one. Everyone here is SO detailed and never rush through it.

What I love most is that they don’t just follow the exact same routine for everyone. They actually look at your skin, see what’s going on, and customize the facial based on what your skin needs that day. They also give you really helpful advice on what you can do at home to improve your skin.

I had a Laser CO2 treatment booked through Groupon with Hansen. Booking was easy, and when I had to cancel due to a death in the family, they rescheduled promptly. Hansen thoroughly explained the procedure, checked my eligibility, and was professional. I treated my face and neck, though note the eye area wasn’t included, which added $200. There were also $50 in taxes and $50 for required creams, totaling an unexpected $300. The procedure does hurt, and I burned for about three hours after. I would suggest bringing a hand fan as that helped tremendously, had to stop a few blocks away to buy one as I couldn’t there and it was 30.00. Despite that, once done, I absolutely love I had a Laser CO2 treatment booked through Groupon with Hansen. I had an amazing experience today! I came in for the CO2 Cool Peel laser through a Groupon, and wow Hanson’s consultation was incredible. So thorough, thoughtful, and generous with his time and advice. He gave me the best recommendations and really made me feel cared for.

During the Cool Peel, he used four different lasers with four different heads, and I can’t wait to see the results. I also signed up for the tattoo removal package fair price and super thorough. The vibe here is so welcoming, and I’ll definitely be back.

Although CO2 laser treatment naturally involves some level of discomfort, Hansong, the practitioner at La Bella, provided an exceptionally thorough pre-treatment consultation. The explanation was clear and detailed, helping me fully understand what could realistically be achieved and what could not in relation to my desired results.

During the procedure, Hanson repeatedly checked on my condition and comfort, which made me feel well cared for and at ease. After the treatment, there was some discussion about potential future procedures; however, when I declined, there was no pressure or persistence. I was also not charged additionally for anesthetic cream, nor was there any attempt to sell healing gels or other products. Instead, I was simply advised to purchase Neosporin at a local drugstore, which reinforced my trust in their professionalism and integrity.

I went in for a consultation for Cool Peel CO2 laser, the ablative treatment, and Fotona Eye, and he was incredibly attentive from start to finish.
